Social Media Policy

This policy explains how Aplis Global uses social media, what to expect when you engage with us, and the standards we ask our community to follow.

Effective August 24, 2026

Our Channels

Aplis Global publishes company news, project milestones, market insight and career opportunities through official Aplis Global and Aplis Network accounts. Accounts not operated by us, including fan or lookalike pages, do not represent the company.

Community Guidelines

We welcome discussion and ask that participants keep it respectful and lawful.

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats or discriminatory content.
  • No spam, solicitation, scams or repetitive promotional posting.
  • No sharing of personal information about residents, tenants, employees or vendors.
  • No content that infringes copyright or misrepresents Aplis Global.

Moderation

We may hide, remove or report content that breaches these guidelines or a platform's own rules, and may restrict accounts that repeatedly do so. Removal of a post is a moderation decision, not a comment on the underlying concern.

Service Requests and Emergencies

Social media is not a service channel. Do not report maintenance issues, billing disputes or emergencies through comments or direct messages — those messages are not monitored around the clock.

Use the Support Centre for service requests, and call our emergency line for any situation involving safety or property damage.

Employees and Representation

Aplis team members who identify their employer on personal accounts are expected to make clear that their views are their own, to protect confidential client, resident and project information, and to direct media enquiries to info@aplisglobal.com.
