Aplis Global Vendor Requirements
These are the standards every Aplis Global vendor is expected to meet. Documents can be provided now or later during onboarding.
Insurance Requirements +
Vendors must maintain adequate insurance appropriate to the services provided, active and in good standing throughout the engagement.
- Current Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance
- Coverage limits appropriate to the scope of work
- Automobile Liability insurance where vehicles are operated
- Professional Liability / Errors & Omissions where applicable
- Cyber Liability for technology, software or data-related providers
- Proof of insurance prior to onboarding and upon renewal
- Immediate notice of cancellation, lapse or material change
- Additional insured endorsements available on request
Health & Safety Compliance +
Vendors must demonstrate compliance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation and actively manage workplace risk.
- Written Health & Safety policy
- Compliance with provincial and federal safety regulations
- Current WSIB clearance certificate or equivalent coverage
- Worker safety training and competency records
- Hazard identification and risk assessment procedures
- Emergency response and incident reporting protocols
- PPE compliance and safe equipment operation
- Reporting of incidents, injuries and near misses
Licensing & Certifications +
All licences, permits, registrations and professional credentials must remain current and valid for the duration of the relationship.
- Applicable trade licences and permits
- Professional certifications and designations
- Regulatory registrations and approvals
- Municipal, provincial and federal compliance
- Industry-specific certifications where applicable
- Continuing education and credential maintenance
- Immediate disclosure of suspensions or disciplinary action
Service Standards +

- Professional communication and responsiveness
- Timely completion of assigned work and agreed service levels
- Respectful interactions with clients, residents and staff
- Consistent workmanship and attention to detail
- Accurate and transparent pricing practices

- Emergency response capability where applicable
- Continuous improvement of service delivery
Documentation Requirements +
Accurate, current records support compliance, accountability and efficient payment throughout the engagement.
- Completed vendor application form
- Business registration and ownership records
- Insurance certificates and WSIB clearance certificates
- Licensing and certification records
- Banking and remittance information
- Emergency contact information
- Health & Safety documentation
- Trade or client references on request
- Signed vendor agreements and acknowledgements
Performance & Ongoing Review +
Approved vendors are reviewed periodically to confirm qualifications, compliance and service quality are maintained.
- Periodic credential and insurance verification
- Scheduled performance and quality reviews
- Compliance audits and site inspections
- Response-time and completion tracking
- Corrective action plans where standards are not met
- Annual renewal of documentation
