What This Desk Handles

Status lifecycle

Received → Assigned → Scheduled → In progress → Awaiting parts or access → Resolved → Closed.

Consultation bookings

Reschedule or cancel a booked consultation with your reference ID and the email used to book.

Attendance windows

See the confirmed date and arrival window once a technician or manager is assigned.

Holds and blockers

Where a job is waiting on parts, a third party or access, the reason and expected clearance date are shown.

Resolution notes

What was done, by whom, and whether follow-up work is scheduled.

Escalation history

Any escalation, who reviewed it and the outcome, are recorded against the reference.

    It appears on screen after submission and in your confirmation email, formatted APL-YYMMDD-XXXXXX.

    Look it up

    Enter the reference plus the email address used on the submission.

    Review the status

    Check the assigned desk, current stage and any scheduled attendance.

    Update or withdraw

    Consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled directly from the lookup.

    Ask for escalation

    If a target has passed, reply to the confirmation email requesting escalation.
